Crackwatch tracks and reports the protection status of video games: whether a title is cracked, when it happened and which scene group was credited. It is a news and community platform. We do not host, store, distribute or link to cracks, torrents, key generators or any copyrighted files — see the full disclaimer. Store links point exclusively to official storefronts. By using the site you accept these terms.

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• One account per person; registration data must be accurate.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

You keep ownership of what you post and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the site. The following is prohibited in comments, requests and profiles:

• links to pirated games, cracks, keygens, torrents, magnet links or any infringing files,
• illegal content of any kind,
• harassment, hate speech or personal attacks,
• spam, unsolicited advertising or malware,
• impersonating other users, staff or scene groups,
• abusing, overloading or scraping the service or its API.

We moderate at our discretion: content that breaks these rules can be edited, hidden or removed, and repeat offenders banned.

Game titles, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective publishers and are used here for informational purposes only. The site’s own design, text and database compilation belong to Crackwatch. Rights holders who believe an informational entry is inaccurate or should be reviewed can contact us through the official channels in the footer — we respond promptly.

Crack statuses, dates and related data are aggregated from publicly available sources and community reports. They are provided as is, with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. The service is offered without uptime guarantees and its features may change or be discontinued at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages resulting from the use of the site, reliance on the information published here, or the content of external websites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumers hold under mandatory law.

You can stop using the site or request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may terminate or suspend access to accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Changes take effect when posted on this page; significant changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
